Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Gladiator Games' facilities, services, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Membership and Payments
Gladiator Games offers various pricing options:
Walk-In Rates
- • Daily Rate: $20 for all-day access
- • Hourly Rate: $10 per hour
Monthly Memberships
- • 16-BIT Membership: $16/month for gamers under 16, includes unlimited play time, premium equipment, and access to E-T rated games
- • 32-BIT Membership: $32/month standard membership with unlimited play time, premium equipment, and all games included
- • 64-BIT Membership: $64/month premium membership including everything in 32-BIT plus the ability to bring a +1 guest, stream from our PCs, and free entry to all tournaments and events
All memberships and payments must be made in person at our facility. Memberships are non-transferable and may be canceled at any time with no long-term commitment. Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused time.
Facility Rules and Conduct
All users must comply with the following rules:
- • Treat all equipment, facilities, staff, and other users with respect
- • No harassment, discrimination, or toxic behavior of any kind
- • No tampering with equipment or installing unauthorized software
- • No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances on premises
- • Follow all posted rules and staff instructions
- • Report any equipment issues or concerns immediately to staff
Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the facility and/or termination of membership without refund.
Equipment and Property
All equipment, computers, peripherals, and other property at Gladiator Games remain our property. Users are responsible for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional harm. We reserve the right to charge for repairs or replacement of damaged equipment. Personal belongings are the user's responsibility, and Gladiator Games is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Age Requirements and Supervision
Users under 18 must have parental consent to use our facilities. Children under 13 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Parents and guardians are responsible for their children's conduct and any damage they may cause.
Tournament and Event Participation
Participation in tournaments and events is subject to additional rules and requirements:
- • Registration may be required and spots may be limited
- • 64-BIT members receive free entry to all tournaments and events; entry fees may apply for non-members and other membership tiers
- • Tournament rules and game-specific regulations must be followed
- • Cheating, exploiting, or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in disqualification
- • Prize distribution and event scheduling are at Gladiator Games' discretion
Privacy and Content
By using our facilities, you consent to possible recording or photography for promotional purposes. Your use of our services is also subject to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of any content you create, but grant us a license to use screenshots, videos, or other content featuring your gameplay for marketing purposes.
Liability and Disclaimers
Gladiator Games provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- • Equipment malfunctions, downtime, or interruptions in service
- • Loss of game progress, accounts, or data
- • Personal injury (users assume all risk of participation)
- • Interactions with other users
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our facilities immediately ceases. Membership fees are non-refundable upon termination for violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the courts of Cole County, Missouri.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions
General
When you opt-in to our messaging service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.
By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Gladiator Games. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.
Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with Gladiator Games. We reserve the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. We also reserve the right to change the short code, phone number, or alphanumeric sender from which messages are sent.
Your usual message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your mobile provider. Your mobile provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cancellation
Messages will provide instructions to unsubscribe either by texting STOP or through an included link. After you unsubscribe, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from Gladiator Games again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.
Support Information
For support regarding our messaging services, email us at info@gladiatorgames.net or, if supported, text "HELP" to our messages at any time and we will respond with instructions on how to unsubscribe. If we include a link in messages we send you from Gladiator Games, you may also access instructions on how to unsubscribe and our company information by following that link.
Transfer of Number
You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply "STOP" from the original number, unsubscribe using the link included in our messages (if one is provided), or notify us of your old number at info@gladiatorgames.net. The duty to inform us based on the above events is a condition of using this service to receive messages.

If you have any questions about your data or our privacy practices related to text messaging, please visit our Privacy Policy.
Messaging Terms Changes
We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Messaging Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. If you do not agree to a change to these Messaging Terms, you should cancel your enrollment with our messaging program. Your continued enrollment following such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
